What lands after a Teams session

Per team

A tombstone recording what history made of their tenure. Rank, score and a component breakdown against the room. A doctrine profile scoring eight dimensions 1–5, computed from the orders they actually submitted and plotted against the session average. Quarter-by-quarter charts with the decisive moments marked. The single pivot that mattered most and what the plausible alternative was. And their full war record: every order, whether it worked, whether they were caught.

For the whole room

The session told as a story with named actors: the opening board, how it unfolded, the turns that decided it, who ended on top and why, and one honest sentence on what each of the others could have done. Plus honours, and one paragraph on how this particular group decides under pressure.

Where the numbers come from

Scores, profiles, charts and rankings are computed from each team's action log — the category, visibility, provocation and cost of every order. Re-run the report and the numbers are identical. The AI writes the interpretation on top; it never moves a number.
